Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel in Naples, Florida was buzzing with activity Thursday evening as the business owner members of East Naples Merchants Association met for an evening of networking over delicious trays of hot appetizers, wine and beer. The members all had a great time, and made lots of business connections, meeting new people as everyone participated in the “Business Booster Meetup” to mix it up and ensure everyone met new people.
Liz Sanders, the hotel Sales Manager, welcomed the ENMA members and spoke to them about the hotel. Liz also drew the winning business cards for 5 door prizes which included overnight stays in the hotel and even a day trip on the Key West Express donated by ENMA member Key West Express.
Business owner guests who visited for the first time were introduced to the members: including Maurecio Berestan and Mariela Camargo from Air Seas Pros Marine HVAC, Christy Hendel a Tupperware Distributor, Julio Hernandez of Government Procurement, Priscilla Kellerhouse of Zippy Expediting Services, and Rick Migal of Jarvis Property Restoration.
New member Al Wagner of TruPayroll was introduced and spoke to the attendees about his very cost effective full-service payroll service.
New members Mark and Marilyn Layton of Oasis Lawn and Pool Maintenance Service also spoke to the group about their lawn care, irrigation installation and landscaping services as well as the upcoming addition of pool maintenance services.
New member Rewa Mercado of RJ Decor Productions spoke to the group about her event venue decorating for parties, corporate events, weddings, etc. which includes draping walls and ceilings, special effect lighting, and even glow cocktail tables and bars among other interesting things.
New member Taresa Spiroff of CleanFlorida spoke to the group about her residential and commercial cleaning services which “Take the stress out of the mess.”
And new member Al Castle Al Castle Marketingof spoke to the group about the range of marketing services he provides to businesses.
Jesus Calo, photo journalist from ENMA member Coastal Breeze News and Sandra Simmons, ENMA Board President, discussed the co-op advertising campaign opportunity for the members where 6 ENMA members will utilize a full page of the Coastal Breeze News over 6 issues covering 12 weeks with each participating member receiving an ad for their business on the bottom half of the page every other week for the 6 weeks and a half page feature article about their business on one of the bi-weekly issues during the campaign. ENMA members who are interested in an ad space and feature article in the August through October campaign can contact us by email and we or Jesus will get in touch with you.
BE ON THE LOOKOUT! – For a couple of surveys the ENMA will be sending out to the current members via SurveyMonkey.com. We ask that all members take the short surveys which should only take about 5 minutes as your input and feedback are very important to the Board of Directors.

It was announced that Buffalo Wild Wings will be hosting the Julye 12th networking event. The restaurant is located at 3290 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112 across 41 from the Collier County Courthouse complex in the Courthouse Shadows Shopping Center. Business owners will network over a selection of entrees and sides with a cash bar on happy hour prices.
The meeting fee is $10 per person for members and $20 per person for non-members. RSVPs are required if you are attending so we can give an accurate head count to the restaurant by 4:00 PM on Monday, June 9th. And bring an extra business card to toss in the bowl for the door prize drawing.
