Windstar Country Club was buzzing Thursday evening, October 11, 2018 as business owner members and guests of East Naples Merchants Association met for an evening of networking over delicious appetizers and drinks.
George, the Events Manager, welcomed the ENMA members to the country club and drew the winning cards for the door prizes of a $50 gift card to Erin’s Isle Irish Pub won by Andrew Miller of Eagle Packaging Products and a $25 gift card to Erin’s Isle Irish Pub won by Tim Miller of Fuller’s Funeral Home
Business owner guests who visited for the first time were Alison Boyle of Home Instead Senior Care and Brad & Jaime Dancer of Massage Heights.
New member Lou Greco, from Propane Connections, spoke to the group about their propane grill tank delivery and maintenance service plans and their outdoor patio propane heater delivery and maintenance.
Another new member Mariela Camargo from Air Sea Pros spoke to the group about their Marine HVAC, water purification, and mold remediation services for commercial and private boat owners.
Tom Drummond, Board VP, and owner of Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness Center, talked to the members about a 5 for $50 program we will be testing as a fundraiser for our charitable donation projects where a member can purchase 5 minutes of time to do a presentation about their business at a monthly networking event.
In response to the survey feedback we received from members about the events themselves when asked about new networking ideas, Tom Drummond asked the members who were present to give a testimonial about their experience doing business with a fellow ENMA member’s business.
Our association is all about doing business with our fellow members and growing the member businesses in East Naples. Several excellent testimonials were given about the products and services of a variety of member businesses.
A great time was had by all in the networking breakout groups, members and first time visitors spent quality time introducing their businesses to the other business owners at their table and getting to know each other better. The attendees all had a great time making new business connections, meeting and getting to know new people and long-term members.
